Tomash Wedding

the blog

I loved getting to capture Allison and Dan’s big day! These two met in college. After a while of noticing each other, they finally met and hit it off right away.

Allison and Dan had their ceremony and reception in an old church that’s been converted into an event venue. The architecture and character of this venue perfectly complemented their burgundy, gold, and navy color scheme.

Allison is a talented artist and designed the invites, programs, and signage for the wedding. One of my favorite decorations was the wedding arch which was built by Allison’s cousin. Another aspect of the day that I just loved was the music! The ceremony featured music with cello, violin, piano, and harp played by family friends.

My favorite part of the day was the Chinese lantern send off! Although it didn’t go exactly as planned, it was so much fun and we got some great pictures.
