Elliott Wedding

the blog

Jaclyn and Chris met through a dating app in July 2015. They hit it off and officially started dating on August 1, 2015. Their wedding date was special since it was their 5 year anniversary!

Jaclyn and Chris had a small destination wedding in St. Augustine Florida. They wanted to have a destination wedding to just focus on each other and enjoy the day with their closest friends and family. They didn’t want to have the stress of planning a big celebration and were able to enjoy their wedding day with just a simple small gathering.

It was the perfect sunny Florida day with clear blue skies. The colors that Jaclyn chose were perfect for a beach wedding. The bridesmaids wore dusty blue, and flowers and other decorations included light pink and orange for a tropical vibe.

My favorite part of the day was Chris and Jaclyn’s first look at Castle Otttis. Chris had the sweetest expression as he saw his bride for the first time! The Castle was also an amazing place for all of the bride and groom portraits.

Chris and Jaclyn had their ceremony at Vilano Beach. The white sand, blue skies, and the sound of the crashing waves made this the perfect spot to get married. After the ceremony, Chris and Jaclyn cut their cake and enjoyed a meal with all of their guests. We ended the day with some sunset pictures with Castle Otttis in the background.

I’m so honored that these two allowed me to capture their wedding and I love the way the pictures turned out!
